1 kap peelee daal (tooar daal)

3 kap paanee

1 madhyam aakaar ka pyaaj, baareek kata hua

2 madhyam aakaar ke tamaatar, baareek kate hue

1 haree mirch, baareek katee huee

1/2 chhotee chammach haldee paudar

1 chhotee chammach laal mirch paudar (svaad ke anusaar samaayojit karen) namak svaad ke anusaar tadaka ke lie:
